This letter dated March 6, 1979 was sent from Kansas's Governor John Carlin to Hesston's Mayor as an invitation to The Governor's Prayer Breakfast on March 27 at the Ramada Inn Downtown, in Topeka. Following the breakfast, there was to be an informal time of discussion with the Governor and any Mayors or other local officials who chose to participate.
