Paradise Park mobile home park master development plan
Subject
business

Description
Named "Paradise Park", this plan for a mobile home park on the northeast corner of Ridge and Hickory includes 135 mobile home sites located on streets named after birds. It also includes a typical rental space detail. This plan for the "Triangle Addition" had Cedar St. continuing on as a through street, eventually curving around and joining up with Hickory. While the street names north of Cedar (Feather, Blue Bird, Meadow Lark, Cardinal, Robin, Humming Bird etc.) did make it into the final plans, what is illustrated is not exactly what was actually constructed.
