Description

In the upper right corner of the front cover is a handwritten note saying "4-11-62". On April 11, 1962, the City of Hesston made an agreement with Oblinger+Smith Landscape Architects and Planners to create a general development plan for Hesston. This booklet contains the plan they created. and is dated September 10, 1964. The Plan made several proposals for the city's future development, and was based on policies estabished by Hesston's City Planning Commission and historical and projected population and land use.
