Firth Charlesworth (left) and Theo Perkins. The building was built for Perkins by the Lyon brothers. The gas pump on which he is leaning had a crank to pump the gas and a dial to register the gallons. This building was later leased by Alvin B. King; his frist place fo business. 61/6 149 -- label on back of photograph.
